Terms of Service

By accessing or using Seedio's AI video generation service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Seedio provides convenient online access to AI video generation powered by specific AI models (including open-source or publicly available models where applicable). We operate as an independent third-party platform: we offer a web-based interface and infrastructure to use such models; we do not own, develop, or represent the underlying AI technology or its original developers. The service can create multi-shot, cinematic videos with consistent characters, dynamic camera movement, diverse styles, and output resolutions up to 4K. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Seedio may be used only as permitted by law and these Terms. You agree not to misuse the service, generate harmful or illegal content, infringe the rights of others, or interfere with the platform. Comply with applicable laws and platform policies when submitting prompts, reference images, or videos.

Seedio operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate videos and must be purchased through our payment system. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Credits do not expire but may be subject to account closure policies.

You retain rights to the prompts, reference images, and videos you upload. You grant us a license to use, host, store, reproduce, and process your content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the service (including abuse detection and quality improvements). Generated videos belong to you; we do not use them for external marketing without permission.

You may not use Seedio for any of the following (each is strictly prohibited): (1) Generating content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable under applicable law or our policies. (2) Creating content that infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. (3) Generating deepfakes, misleading synthetic media, or content intended to impersonate any person or entity without clear disclosure. (4) Producing content that exploits or endangers minors. (5) Using the service for spam, phishing, malware distribution, or any form of automated abuse. (6) Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, redistribute, or resell our platform, APIs, or the underlying AI models. (7) Circumventing or disabling any security, rate-limit, or access control. (8) Using the service in any way that violates export controls or sanctions. (9) You must not use the service to create, share, or promote pornographic material, sexually explicit content, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) chat bots or applications. Violation of this policy may result in termination of your access. Commercial use of generated videos may be subject to additional terms and applicable third-party licenses. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access and to remove content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these prohibitions.

Seedio is an AI-powered service and may not always produce perfect results. Generated videos may contain artifacts, inconsistencies, hallucinations, or unexpected elements. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated videos for any particular purpose.

Our service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Seedio, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Seedio regarding our service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
